Cyclone 2 dongle and controller firmware update guide

Controller firmware update with Game-sir Connect:

Cyclone 2 Manual Firmware Upgrade Tutorial:

First open the Game-sir Connect on the PC without connecting controller, then hold the logo + menu buttons while connect to PC with a USB cable, then you could unlock manual upgrade. This method is for players who cannot complete the firmware upgrade within Game-sir Connect.

Cyclone 2 dongle update tutorial：If you have the issues with dongle connection .

To update the dongle you need to first power off your controller by holding  logo  button for 5 seconds, unplug the dongle, open Game-sir Connect app, press and hold pairing button on the dongle and plug into PC. If done correctly you will see update window and wait for process to finish.

Cyclone 2 firmware update with update tool:

1.dongle update: 

Step 1:press the pairing button on the dongle for 5s until the indicator light goes off and the device status on the update tool shows online.

Step 2: Click downlaod and wait for the process to finish

2. controller firmware update:make sure other apps (such as Game-sir Connect) is closed.

Step 1: Hold the [Logo] + [=] buttons while plugging in the controler to enter update mode

 Step 2: Click "Install Firmware" and wait for it to finish before unplugging and replugging. Note:Compatible with Cyclone 2 dongle firmware 1.19 & 1.20.
